There are currently 83 custom weapons for Baldur's Gate available.

Landrin's Special Molitov | AnKRoss | Powerful melee weapon that causes 1D4 cold damage and casts Command Word: Die on any target it hits. |
Blink | AnKRoss | Weapon that teleports the owner to another location on each hit. |
Vampire Sword of Armageddon | Armand | Sword that does poison and ice damage. |
Fire Bow of Immolation | Arundor | Doesn't need arrows, shoots fireballs, causes fire damage to enemies. |
Spell Bolts | Arundor | 5 spell bolts. Each one allows unlimited ammunition and will cause a crossbow to fire a spell with each shot. These are modified versions of original game content. |
Element Staff | Arundor | A +5 Staff of Elements. |
Paladin's Sword | Arundor | Usable only by lawful good paladins. Gives a +6 damage and THACO bonus vs. undead. |
Holy Sword of Falis | Arundor | Two-handed sword, does 4D6 + 5 damage. |
Staff of the Fire Element | Arundor | A staff that deals fire damage and is able to shoot flame arrows. |
Wyrmslayer | Arundor | A +3 sword based on the Dragonlance universe. |
Relentless | Ascension | A powerful longsword usable only by human fighters. |
Golden Bow of Accuracy | Athena181 | A bow with improved damage and THAC0. |
Holy Avenger | Bad Seed | Golden blade that gives +5 THAC0 and damage bonus against undead. Also allows owner to cast Protection From Evil 10' Radius unlimited times. ToTSC only. |
New Spirit of One | Bad Seed | An edited version of the original Spirit of One (originally by GMAN). |
Dark Sword: Wizard's Bane | Bad Seed | A longsword +2 that causes a Miscast Magic effect on victims and gives 127% magic resistance to the owner. |
Sword of the Ghost | Bane | A sword modeled after the "Spirit of One" weapon. |
Dagger of Mischief | bg_master | A +2 dagger that gives +20 pickpocketing skill. Only usable by thieves. |
Blade of Sevens | Cloak_of_Grey | Does 7D7+7 damage, gives +100 THAC0, +7 AC and many other very powerful abilities. |
Black Sword | Daniel | A 2D8+4 two-handed sword based on the Black Sword from Ultima VII. |
Sword of Odin | DarkAngel | The two-handed sword of Odin. |
Staff of Nature | DarkAngel | A staff made for Druids. |
Mace of Odo | DarkAngel | A powerful mace that does electrical damage, casts spells, and gives many other bonuses. |
Dragon's Bane | DarkAngel | A powerful flame sword that gives cold resistance, THAC0 bonus, and allows you to cast Champion Strength. |

The Scorpion's Blade | Gandorf | A blade that does poison damage. |
Mace of Disruption | Gumbi | A mace that does extra damage against undead. |

Flame Scourge | James | A Long Sword +4 that does 2D10 fire damage to the victim and 1D8 fire damage to the owner on each hit. Partner item of Death's Breach. |
Death's Breach | James | A Long Sword +4 that does 2D10 cold damage to the victim and 1D8 cold damage to the owner on each hit. Partner of Flame Scourge. |

Killer Bow | KillerOfXena | A powerful bow that fires six different types of unlimited arrows. For ToTSC only. |

Lightersabers | Master Yoda | Three powerful lightsabers. Three different colours available, green, blue and red. Each has custom icons. |
The Black Sword | Mergwood | A powerful sword that makes you invisible and casts Knock and Animate Dead. |
Sword of Elements | Peter | Longsword that does 1D10 damage with +1 fire and +1 cold damage. Also drains 5 hitpoints from the target and transfers it to the weapon owner. |
Staves | Potencius | Two staves which, each of which can cast several spells. |
Staff of Law | Potencius | A staff that can control the weather. |
Arctic Leech | Praise | A sword that inflicts cold damage, can be thrown, and has several other special features. |
Zeit-Geist | Psionic Fox | A powerful sword that inflicts large amounts of damage and makes the owner immune to harm. |
Fang | Roach | Throwing dagger that returns to owner and has a chance of poisoning the victim. |
Screaming Maiden | Roach | Vampiric Mace, causes berserk. |

Ultrin Elgglin The Supreme Slayer | Roach | A vorpal weapon. |
The Jagged Lightning | Roach | A Scimitar +2, gives 50% lightning resistance. |
Staff of Striking | Roach | A Staff of Striking that has two modes, one for a normal attack, and one for using charges. |
Khal Abbil | Roach | A dancing sword that will fight enemies for 2 turns. |
Frostbite | Roach | A +2 frostbrand sword, with 1D4 cold damage, and +3 bonus vs. giants. |
Blade of Syn | Roark | A shortsword that never misses, always kills, and is usable only by lawful evil characters. |
Thorn | Suryiel | Two-handed sword that gives THAC0 bonus against undead and can cast Entangle. |
Rod of Authority | Suryiel | A 1D6+2 mace that has customized sound effects. |

Ameril | Trix | Bastard Sword +4. Gives extra skill and attack speed. |
The Hunter | Trix | Composite Longbow +6. Gives protection from normal missiles. |
Fire Staff | Trix | Staff that casts Agannazar Scorcher, Flame Strike and Fireball. Usable only by mages. |
Questing Staff | Trix | A staff +3. Can cast Knock, Ghost Armor, Detect Evil, Cure Critical Wounds, and Raise Dead. Gives 20% magic resistance and 40% fire resistance. |
Arundor | Trix | Bastard Sword +3. Slays hobgoblins, grants regeneration to the owner and causes panic to targets. |
Drem | Trix | Spear +3. Gives 25 dexterity, Free Action, and berserk enemy on hit. |
Grymm | Trix | Magical short sword. Sets strength to 25 and will slay Tanari. |
Staff of Holy Magi | Trix | Staff +6 for Cleric/Thief. Gives +3 to dexterity and wisdom, +20% to all thief skills, and doubles memorized spells. Can cast Cure Wounds, Raise Dead, Knock, Invisibility, and Charm Person. |
Sorcerer's Staff +3 | Trix | Increased spell casting speed, doubles level 1-4 spell memorization and can cast wizard spells. |
The Salamander Greadsword | Tycho | A two-handed sword +2 that does fire damage, and gives +1 armour class and protection against fire. Includes custom icons. |
